NO-SHOWS
- If you do not see your driver at the pick-up point as scheduled, particularly at an airport, please call us at:

- If a passenger fails to notify CHARISMATIC LIMOUSINE of his/her inability to pick up at the appointed time or place, the full fare will be charged, plus the waiting time until the car is released.

STOPS:
- En-route stops in same town are charged $20.00 per stop.
- En-routs stops in different town are charged half fare.
- Out-of-route stops in different town are charged full fare.

Cancellations:
- You will be charged if the ride is not cancelled within 3 hours prior to the pick up time for domestic flights and 12 hours prior to the pick up time for international flights.
- Cancellation charges are billed at the full rate.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY FOR:
- Waiting time charged at $66.00 an hour.
- Toll and parking fees: Any toll or parking fees incured during a requested trip will be added to the total fare.
- Inclement weather fee: 20% surcharge will be added to the total fare for same-day reservations made during snow emergency conditions
- Meet & Greet: $10
- Holiday fee: 20% surcharge will be added to the total fare for services on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's day
- Early/late fee: $10 fee will be added to the total fee for services between midnight and 8 a.m.
- Service fee: 20% chauffeur gratuity rate will be added to the total fare
- Wait time: A 45-minute grace period will be granted from the time the latest arrival times are posted by the airlines. After that, $11 will be charged for every 10 minutes of waiting.
- Overnight travel: Passengers must make arrangements for accommodations and meals for the chauffer for trips that require overnight travel
